Elise & Emmett are nice. I heard another too-similar set (in my opinion): Amelia & Mia

I think Lily & Lila are way too similar especially with those spellings!

My husband asks me literally every day when we can start! haha But I’d like to wait until we are married at least a year (I’d be happier with waiting 2!!) But I’ll check back in October and let you know ;)

I’d prn it Tal-yuh. It makes me think of the girl who was featured on the Ellen show several times and recently passed away from cancer :( She was very sweet though

I grouped them into categories that I think they fit into + make good sets with your other choices. Hope it helps!

    Biblical:
Caleb & Isaac-I think these two fit best with Eva or Tess.

    Unisex:
Addison & Avery-I prefer these on girls, but either way I like them with Charlotte or Emmeline

    Irish:
Declan, Rory & Owen- with Catherine

    Classic:
Jack, Leo, Samuel, Grant, Graham & Everett – with Catherine, Olivia, Lillian, Eva, Tess…pretty much any of your girl names!

    Quirky:
Zane & Linus – with Eleni

To me, it seems like your style is mostly “classic.” Many of both your girl & boy names make great sibsets from this category.

Darby sounds more boy to me too and reminds me of Darcy, which I like better. Georgina and Gemma would make a good sibset although I don’t really care for either one..
I don’t think I mentioned it here yet but my friend just had a baby boy she named Grant. Big sis is Claire. They are well known names but not necessarily Common and I think they go well together.

I like all of your girl choices except Lindy Dianne & Laura. Emilia is my favorite! I like both Jonathan and Clark for the boys. Would you use Kent? Or how about Kale, Kaleb, Kallen, Kallen? I like Kal names for girls too but not as much as your current list. A boy names.. Alexander is my favorite but also Ambrose, Andrew, Aiden, Austin, August, Auden?

I love Lyla too, but not that spelling. Ouch Analy is very unfortunate..I like Annaliese but would specifically spell it with two n’s to avoid that exact problem

A co-worker of mine has a teenager named Jasmine and she is always telling us how much her daughter dislikes her name. Her daughter’s reasoning is that she was the only “Jasmine” in her primarily Caucasian community..the ones she did meet were never Caucasian they were everything but! African American, Indian, Spanish, etc. My roommate in college was actually of Indian descent and named Jasmine. To me, that just makes it the perfect universal/American name, but she grew up feeling uncomfortable I guess?

Samuel sounds great alongside Alexander & William! I never thought about how many different ways there are to say it, but I have heard almost all of them come to think of it! I think I’d most likely say: Sam-yull

Interesting points-TwoSapphires, your last comment about how initials can be used in a professional setting & TheWishingStar’s point about taking potential nicknames into consideration! So much thought can (and should) go into a name! It always bothered me that mine (LMK) are out of order alphabetically-only because those three letters happen to be alongside each other in the alphabet in the first place. I definitely think initials could make or break a name for me.

This is the second Valesca I’ve met but the other was a middle aged woman. Arianabell is quite a mouthful! I agree Wilkins sounds like he has two last names! At least he can go by Will I guess :/
