I love Reid! It’s a family name on my paternal side. Great, strong name… especially good if you’re into books! Arthur Reid is SO handsome.

    Okay, so here’s my take….
This name-thief is a horribly selfish person (FOUR TIMES?). If you love Delilah, use Delilah. She’s counting on you to cave in. If she starts whining about you using it, just calmly say “Well, you knew we planned to use it. And we still love it.”.

If you decide to switch it up… I have to say I like your list better. But guess what, BOTH of you guys have nice tastes! It’s just a matter of compromise. Your baby won’t have a terrible name.

Nik’s List: I LOVE Mae and Catrina. I like Arabella, Ellamae, Nicolette, and Rebekhah. I would personally nix the “alternate spellings” (Fayth, Sofiya, etc) and the Rae-variants, but I don’t hate them.

    Your List:
I loe Caroline, Emmeline, Grace, Meredith, and Josephine! Tessalynn, Delaney, and Zoey feel like outliers to your very classic list, but again, I don’t hate them.

    My suggestions:
You like Aryanna. He likes Arina and Ayanna. Why not Ariana/Arianna? Classic, gorgeous, and a meld of your styles.
Also: Annette, Eloise, Helena, Annalyn, Natalie, Genevieve, Danielle, Eliana, Amelia, Mariana… Shakespeare might be a good inspiration for you guys, too: Ophelia, Desdemona, Juliet, Cordelia, Bianca, Miranda, Titania, Viola, Imogen, Rosaline, Adriana.

    Good luck!
