We haven’t done this in a little while, so what are you eating tonight?

I make a salad a few times a week, at least. Morgan loves them, and I’ve learned that if I give her the salad while I’m finishing dinner, she’ll eat it all. She gets her large veggie serving, and she thinks it’s cool, like she’s in a restaurant. :)

Tonight is probably leftovers. We have over half a pan of lasagna left, and some chicken and dumplings. Plus assorted veggies and mashed potatoes.

Oh good thinking on the salad Magster!

The girls and I had Pizza Hut tonight. Casey had steak, lima beans and a sweet potato.

I’m in the middle of my weekly using up whatever I can find in the kitchen so it doesn’t go to waste … We had roasted potato fries, sauteed kale (my husband had leftover cabbage salad instead), baked beans and the guys had some leftover homemade chicken nuggets.

Ooh, lasagna sounds good. I’ve been doing low-carb trying to lose the 10 lbs I gained in Nov-Dec. :/ Tonight we had a pork roast (we rarely eat pork; mostly chicken and fish), mixed veggies and I made the guys roasted red potatoes, too. Then I had Breyers’ Carb Smart chocolate ice cream for dessert. That is gooood stuff.

Tonight we’re having sausage with bean and veggie soup. I might make garlic cheddar drop biscuits to go with it.

We had meatballs, fried bread and mashed potatoes. Tomorrow I’m probably making a breakfast casserole for dinner.

I get in the mood for comfort food when we’re snowed in, so tonight I think I’m going to make bacon, eggs, and fried potatoes. I haven’t had fried potatoes in so long! I’m craving them badly.

Beef keema over brown rice, topped with diced tomatoes, with roasted broccoli on the side. Yummy!

And ooh, I LOVE breakfast casseroles! I haven’t made one in way too long.

The hubs is out of town for training for a few days, so I think Morgan and I will be going out. I’m sick of cooking! Kids eat free at Bob Evan’s tonight, so I’m thinking one of their omelettes sounds terrific.
