I’m not sure. If we end up having to stay here, we’ll have to throw something together. :/ (Maybe pick up a rotisserie chicken and make mashed or scalloped potatoes, green beans almondine, rolls and … some kind of pie? Red velvet cake?)

If we make it to BIL’s house, I know they always do amazing holiday meals but I don’t remember Christmas dinner specifics.

The only thing that is constant on ours is the Ham and rolls! We change up the sides so it don’t get boring! :)

I am so lucky that my mother-in-law sends us homemade tamales every year for Christmas dinner. I’ll make some sort of veggie side to go with it, but the tamales are very filling on their own so I don’t have to do much. My husband even heats them up. Its the one day a year, he’s in the kitchen. I’m still deciding on whether or not I’ll make a dessert. We already have fudge, but I feel like such a slacker!

For breakfast, we are having a breakfast casserole with eggs/bread/cheese/bacon.

For lunch, we are having a buffet of sorts. Pepperoni rolls, lil smokies, vegetables and dip, chips and dip, crackers and cheese, meat/cheese tray, Happy Birthday Jesus cupcakes.

For dinner, we are having homemade potato soup.

    Should have leftovers for days!!
