Wow, you’ve got a TON of great options, especially for girls. A number of those names are in vogue again, yet not necessarily “too popular.” Some suggestions:

    Elsa Lillian
    Josephine Lydia
    Cordelia Dianne
Josephine Cordelia (ooh, I LOVE that one)
    Lydia Margaret
    Julia Beatrice

Josephine, Pauline and Lillian all work really well as MNs with a lot of different first names, but they also make good FNs in their own right.

    For boys:
    Anders Franklin
    Jonathan Henry
    Adam Henry
    Henry Franklin

Lillian (Lily, Lila..)lots of good options!
Bodell (yes, Bodell) – I love the names Bo/Beau & Dell for a boy so I just assumed this was a boy’s name at first. I think I would come around on it, but only for a boy!
    Josephine
    Elsa
    Sophia
Dorothy- this is my grandmother’s name and I wish I loved it as much as my other grandmother’s name, Josephine. let me know if you come up with any good versions of it!
    Beatrice
    Elizabeth
    Lydia
    Margaret (tons of nn options)
    Dale- for a boy
    Julia
    Cordelia (Cora, Delia)

    Anders
    John/Jonathan
Percival – Percy is kind of cool
    Henry
    Adam

    My favorite combos would be
    Lillian Sophia
    Elsa Josephine
    Lydia Cordelia

    John Henry
    Henry Anders
    Percy Anders

    Girls:
    Lillian – love this!
Pauline – maybe use Paul for a boy to honor Pauline?
Bodell (yes, Bodell) – update it as Bell?
    Thelma – uuumm I’m stumped here…haha
    Dianne – cute
Josephine – not my style but it is rising in popularity so it is usable
Nicholine – Use Nicholas for a boy?
Elsa – I’ve loved it long before Disney “stole” it. ;) lol. It was our #2 choice for our daughter Rosemary
    Frances – lovely middle
    Linda – What about Lindy?
    Sophia – lovely
Dorothy – Dory is cute, as is the spinoff Thea
Beatrice – I quite like Bea, and Beatrix isn’t bad
Elizabeth – very nice as a first name
    Lydia – perfect and useable
Margaret – use it and call her Maggie or Margo
Dale – use it for a boy
Gladys – I think it makes a cute middle
Ruth – LOVE! <3 nickname her Rue
Julia – lovely, or you could use Juliet
    Cordelia – usable and nice

    Boys:
Asa – incredibly handsome! So wise and cool
Warren – not my style, but good middle name
Hal/Harold – Hal is so friendly, I love it as a nickname for Harold
    Anders – great Scandinavian choice!
John/Jonathan – both are great, and Jack is a derivative
    Percival – name him Percy!
    Henry – so good!
Robert – not my cup of tea
Guy – I find it strange and personally unappealing :(
Franklin – beyond handsome. Love it.
Orvis – uncommon enough to be a cool middle
    Adam – nice
