Sibset opinions?

Sooo, the inner name lover in me (and maybe my OCD) is struggling with our choices. I’m not gonna change them regardless because it is what we have finally agreed on. Still, I’m interested in hearing all of your opinions and suggestions, if nothing else but for my enjoyment.

My oldest daughter is Autumn Lily (goes by Lily)
Baby girl #2 on the way will be Marley Londyn
And if blessed with a third, and a boy, he will be Lincoln Brody

I’m at a loss for a third girl name so open to suggestions for that. Also would like to hear what you guys think about what we have picked already.

    Lily, Marley, Lincoln and…..

    Harper
    Sophia

I like Marley. Not a fan of Londyn especially with the creative spelling. Would you consider Marley London? (Or Marlie London so it’s less Bob Marley?)

I like Autumn Lily and I like Lincoln.

Hmm, for a third girl …

    Kelsey
    Ashlyn
    Lucy
    Haley
    Kendall
    Ivy

Hm with Lily, Marley & Lincoln… I would definitely use a name with an L in it to keep the flow going. and maybe a name ending in either an n to balance Lincoln against the two other y endings or a y ending to balance Marley with Autumn and Lincoln? An I over thinking? Haha

Autumn Lily is really cute, I like it!
Marley Londyn isn’t as much to my liking, particularly Londyn which seems trendy and misspelled. London would be better, in my opinion. Marley is sweet.
Lincoln is cool. I’m not a fan of Brody but there’s nothing wrong with it and the flow is good.

    For another girl:

    Autumn, Marley, Lincoln and…

    Grace
    Isla
    Maeve
    Georgia
    Paige
    Willow
    Heidi
    Verity
    Faith
    Asha

I’m so sorry for not getting back to you sooner. My hubby made me quit the “mommy forums” for a little while because I was getting so upset about how rude people are. Not to me directly – I just can’t tolerate unnecessary ugliness to anyone especially when they are looking for support. Not you ladies though! All of you are wonderful! Maybe it’s because there aren’t so many crazy preggo hormones flying around over here!

Anyhow believe it or not, Londyn is a family name. My great grandmother and an aunt on the other side both don the name. I have played around with the idea of the normal spelling London but I’d really like to keep it Londyn for my grams. We have also talked about different spellings for Marley – Marlee & Marlie – but growing up with a oddly spelled name myself – Kandice – I’m not too keen on putting my kids through the same thing.

I think where the problem comes in with me is when we chose our first daughter’s name (Autumn Lily), that was it. It just felt right. Same with Lincoln Brody. I adore that name and hope I will be able to use it one day. Something just seems off with Marley Londyn. The hubs loves it and I’m getting more attached to it as the days pass from referring to the incubating ninja in my belly as Marley but I’m just not sure I loooove it the way I do my other kids names. Also, do you think she would feel left out because my other two has (will have, maybe) “L” names? Or am I over thinking it?

I really like a lot of the names all of you have suggested although I’m not crazy about using super popular names. So names like Sophia and Olivia (although this was my first choice) are automatically out.

These are the suggestions I like:
Piper (we’ve tossed this name around a bit but I think it will be climbing the charts soon)
Charlotte (hubby wouldn’t go for this one)
Lucy (so classic how could you not like it and I’m a sucker for L names apparently)
Ivy (I like nature inspired names!)
Quinn (I’m kinda in love with this name right now)
Georgia (also a name we’ve tossed around but didn’t sound right with Londyn)
    Willow (nature inspired!)

I’m also trying to stay away from commonly used middle names like Grace, Faith, Hope, Rose, etc.

Wow, Londyn is an unexpected family name. If it is one, though, go for it! Marley Londyn is quite cute as a combo but I’ll keep thinking on other options for you.

As for feeling left out because of initials (Autumn goes by Lily right?)…I have an E name and both of my brothers have C names. It has never been a problem for me (at most I’ve joked about being the odd one out) and the initials were purely coincidental.

    Update!
Just wanted to updated everyone with our final (for real this time!) selection. Hubby admitted he didn’t like Londyn but didn’t want to hurt my feelings because of grams. I want him to loooove the name we chose as much as I do so we started from scratch again and have finally decided on:
    Lola Coraline
Yay! We love it and I’m satisfied with the way it sounds with our other names.

I grilled my parents about family names and who was named what and why and found out the history of Londyn in my family. It came about by combining the names Linda, Lonnie, and Lyndon. There’s a whole story that goes along with it but I will spare you the details. I was very fortunate to have this lady in my life! Come to find out though, my dad’s grandmother had a very unique name as well! She mostly went by Ollie but her full name was Jane Olivette! I loooove Olivette! I had never heard this name before! I think it’s such a pretty twist on the now popular Olivia/Olive! I guess I come from from a line of people who enjoy original names! Just thought I would share.
