Rough and calloused feet

I wear flip flops for 6 months out of the year (at least). My feet are incredibly rough and dry and calloused. Anyone have any good home remedies that work well and work fast for treating them?

I had heard that Listerine worked if you soaked in it. I then found this on line and there were some good tips at the end

I keep wanting to try the Listerine trick.

I have used a Ped Egg. I also put lotion and then socks on (to help keep the moisture in) overnight.

i have been known to walk around on alsphalt barefooted (i actually walked the dog like that this morning lol) and i also wear flip flops all the time.

i use a pretty standard foot emory board at least once a week. it’s best to do it when you’re right out of the shower. then i put on aquaphor, bag balm or vassaline if a dont have one of the other two. you should aslo have a daily lotion regimine.

I’ve always had best luck with soaking my feet and then using a callous shaver. And I always lotion my feet really heavily after showers.

I guess I just need to be more consistent. I have plenty of lotions but rarely use them. :(

update—–the listerine mixture works great! 15-20 minutes soak in that followed by some scrubbing with a grater type thing for feet and they were OH so smooth!
