I have been crazy tired lately.
Yesterday I woke up at 11:30 after sleeping for over 12 hours (not solid but pretty close) then got up and ready for work. worked from 2-4:30 got home ate and fell back asleep from 5:15 to 7:45. I then went back to sleep at 11 and slept soundly until 5 and then woke up and made myself stay up until I worked at 8:30 got done at 11:00 and now it’s not even 11:30 and all I want to do is go back to sleep.
Don’t get me wrong I love sleep but I feel so lazy but I literally would fall asleep standing up. I was reading Logan a book while working today and at the end of every page I was yawning and could barely keep my eyes open.
Anyone dealt with this and what do you do?
