I really love the name Fay/Faye, but we want a name that is a bit different so we are thinking of a name to add to Fay. Like Fay-Ann or Faylize, any other thoughts or suggestions?

I think Fay (I love it spelt Fae) would go better with a two syllable addition, maybe:
    Fay Marie
    Fay Lily
Fay Pearl (Not 2 syllables, but I think it’s nice)
Sorry I don’t have many suggestions, I’m not good with combos (and I only have Fae as a middle). Phaedra is also a favourite of mine.

If you look up “names starting with” on the main page of BabyNamesWorld, there’s a whole list of names that start with Fay. A bunch I haven’t heard of and wouldn’t have thought to suggest but I like some of them!

Fayda, Fayne and Fayza are three options. There’s also Faida if you’re OK with a “fai-” spelling, or something like Felicity or Faith with Fay as a nn.

I’ve only ever seen this name spelled “Faye”, which I love (I think it looks softer, don’t know why).

I actually taught a Faye-Louise once – lovely girl! And I quite like that pairing, it seems to roll off the tongue.

    Other suggestions:
    Faye-Elise
    Faye-Celeste
    Faye-Lucille
    Faye-Simone
    Faye-Giselle
    Faye-Yvette

Faye seems to go with French names for some reason! :)

There is a sweet preschooler on my street named Josie Faye :). A more unique “Fay” name I know is Faylisa/ Felisa. It was the name of my neighbor’s aunt who is from Spain. It is pronounced like “Fayleesa”. Very romantic sounding.
