what would you want to change it to?

For me, I think Julia. While I’m really leaning away from using it for a DD because I want something more meaningful, for myself, I really like it. :)

I think one teacher ended up calling her Sarah when reading names off a list. You’re right, it is an Arabic name. She was named after her mom, who is Egyptian. She gave her daughter Sabah as her middle name.

My name is a unisex name (Kelly) and I’ve always seemed to have met more male Kellys than female. (though it sounds more feminine to me.)
At any case, I think I would go with Emma, Julie, Jenny, or something really classy like Charlotte, Elisabeth or Rebecca.

I’ve also considered combining my maiden name and first name: McKell …it’s still a unisex name, but I like that it’s unique.

Ah yes, name mispronunciation, My name is Tiera, pronounced Tear-a (like the word tear), and people almost ALWAYS pronounce it Tee-air-a, I’m so used to it I don’t even correct them anymore. Sometimes I’ll be telling someone I just met how to pronounce my name and someone I’ve known for a long time will go, “But I’ve been pronouncing it wrong for years!” Other times two people will argue over how to pronounce it and they’ll both be wrong! Once on two different papers for the same event they spelled it wrong two different ways! (Misspelling is another common thing with my name, a lot of people spell it Tierra).

I probably wouldn’t ever change my name but if I did I would be one of the following:
Azalea: I don’t think it really fits me but I just think it’s really pretty.

Lily: I can see myself as a Lily, and it’s another name I really like.

Sophia: I love the meaning wisdom and I think it fits me.

Hermione: I love greek mythology and I love Harry Potter, I like that it’s really different from most names but thanks to Harry Potter most people know how to pronounce and spell it. I also can picture it on myself.

Hadassah: I just LOVE Queen Esther and I think this name is soo pretty. I could totally see myself as a Hadassah.

If I changed my middle name too my combos might be:
    Azalea Jane
    Lily Alexandria
    Sophia Olivia
    Hermione Cassandra
    Hadassah Grace

I think I’ve changed my mind! I have come down to one (ish) that I am about 90% sure I’d use.

    Annabel(la).

I like the more simple Annabel, but I like the flair of Annabella! I would probably do some combination of Grace, Emilia, or Ashley for the middles–Ashley because I wouldn’t want to lose part of my actual name, and Grace and Emilia are family names (for my grandma and great-grandma respectively). Wouldn’t Annabel Emilia Grace be pretty?
