I think Theodore (nn Theo) is better than Theo as a full name so he can choose to be more formal in certain situations if he wants to. I really like Owen with your other sib names. Owen Jack maybe?

I have a baby cousin named Theodore, nn Theo, but when he was born, we were just told his name was Theo, and everyone responded with “Theo? Surely that’s short for Theodore. It’s too weird on it’s own.” Which I agree with. I think Theo is super cute, but I love that Theodore offers a more professional name with other nickname options for when he’s an adult. And Molly and Theodore would be so cute and classy together!! Of your other names, I do like Owen, but I like Theodore so much better. What about some other classic-ish names, like:
    Thomas
    James
    Henry
    Jeffrey
    Jacob
    Vincent
    Sebastian
    George
    Benjamin
    Dean
    William
    Oliver
    Nathaniel
    Luke
    Peter
    Marshall
    Andrew

    I love Charlie and Molly!
My top pick for your baby boy would be Noah Theodore, but I also think Theodore Jack or Owen Jack work well.

I would change things up and go with Samuel Theodore. Samuel and Molly are two of my fave names!

I would do Theodore for a first name. It just sounds more professional for when he gets older.

Is Charlie a “Charles” or is Charlie his full name?

All together if you mix them up I’d go with Toby Jackson.

I like Owen or Noah with the other names you have already used/picked out. I also like the suggestion of Henry, Thomas and Samuel. If you are going for a ‘pattern’ (Char-lie, Mol-ly) than some boy names that end with that similar sound would be:
    Wesley
    Bentley
    Finley
    Bradley
    Kingsley
    Oliver (Ollie)
    Sullivan (Sully)
