I haven’t. From what I’ve heard, I’m intimidated by it. Sounds like a good one though!
When I do DVDs, it’s usually Jillian Michaels, or I’ll throw in some Bob Harper or Billy Blanks for variety. I’m trying to run 3x/wk and then do strength training DVDs 2-3x/wk but I have a hard time fitting in the strength training!
I’m horrible with at-home workouts; I think I just lack the discipline to actually do it in my own house. If I’m going to work out, I have to go outside for a run or head to the gym. My brother does Insanity, though, and walked me through a few workouts. Really sucked! If you do it right, it is no joke.
Well I just ordered it this morning. DH are planning to do it together and if we have accountability to one another, I hope we stick to it. I just cannot walk/run to lose weight. It’s incredibly boring with sloooooowwwww results. I’m hoping I can really stick to this and do it right. Supposedly you get incredible results if you do. Just pray I don’t die.
