Am I the only one who gets more excited about breakfast on Christmas morning than Christmas dinner? ;) What are you having? (For us, I’m not sure yet. My one family tradition is rice pudding.)

I like Xmas breakfast too. I love to get up earlier than everyone and make something the girls love; this year we’re doing French toast and fruit. We don’t do big breakfasts so it’s a treat.

Yum! We don’t do big breakfasts very often at all either.
I know SIL’s family does pecan coffee cake on Christmas morning (which they’re making without pecans this year for Alex’s safety!) and I think omelets.

I don’t really care about breakfast, and no one else at my house is a breakfast person either, so I had not even crossed my mind until reading this post! Whatever it is will likely be easy. Maybe I’ll make some muffins ahead of time (one allergy friendly batch for Ethan and one regular for my husband and me), cut up some fruit and make some turkey bacon. The child adores bacon and will be happier with that than anything else I could make.

We are having a yummy casserole! It’s made with milk/eggs/cheese/white bread/bacon. Can’t wait!!!

I don’t normally care about breakfast but we have a big irish breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, ham etc :) i think I enjoy the smell better than the taste!

We had eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns, and orange cinnamon rolls. Yum!
