My old friend had a baby and combined three names of people close to her (for the life of me I can't remember what their names were) but she came up with Nateeja. It is pronounced Na-TEE-ah. It was strange at first but it quickly grew on her and I couldn't imagine her with any other name.
Maybe you could play with names of people close to you/her and come up with a name that means something very special and is 100% unique. I thought it was a lovely idea.

I'm color blind well for me alla skin coulor i grey...
I don't judge someone because they say she/ he is black cause what i can se the person has permanent sunbrun , they are not black.
And i'm note white i'm a pinky colour, so I say all people are grey the colour of a person is in you brain and the same as for the colour of a name.
I saw ghetto typed women on Ricky Lake named La´Trine , guy from the aduince said do you know that latrine means outhouse or [crap]?
This la`thingy seam little to much.
Why can't Hanna , Myra or Gaya be good names for all?

If you don't like common european names, maybe you might consider names from another type of culture like an Arabic, Sanskrit, or Hindu name. I like the name Ananda which is similar to a common name, but different. It is Sankrit for "blissful."
