Ok so i know a few of you out there are going to hate this, but I love double-barrelled names, and I am dead-cert that my daughter will get a double barrelled name when she comes in August (due August 23rd). I've whittled it down to just this lot:

Mary-Jane
Amelia-Jane
Mary-Lou } I also REALLY like the name Mary-Kate, but I figured it was too 'Olsen' like!
Emily-Kate
Anna-Maria
Annie-Rose

She wouldnt get a middle-name, apart from possibly Rose (unless, obviously, shes Annie-Rose!) and our surname is Potter

Mary-Jane- shoes and a drug reference, endless torment!!! sorry

I like Emily-Kate, and the rest are a little to dated or plain. I really like Kate in hyphenated names... Here are some ideas similar to your combos I like!!

Lily-Kate
Anna-Grace
Anne-Marie
Emily-Faith
Amelia-Grace

Just some ideas!! --Renee Very Happy

Out of your list I like Mary-Jane but I think that she's the lead female in Spiderman, people might think you're a comic book geek.

You could do a little mix'n'matching! A classic name like Mary, and then a more modern name like 'Michelle', 'Madison' or 'Marissa'. I really like the idea of the names having the same letter. Out of the names I suggested, I like Mary Michelle the most

Jalika-Jane???
Elle Capri??

What the hell was 'DaffyDuck' thinking??!! I think double-barrelled names can be quite pretty, when they're simple and elegant- but not when they're modern and trashy.
