Luna - Harry Potter
Leelu (not sure on spelling!) - Fifth Element
Parissa - 7th voyage of Sinbad
Arwen/Galadriel - Lord of the Rings

Kitiara, Cailet and Sansa

Kitiara is from the Dragonlance series by Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman, Cailet is from the Ruins of Ambrai Series by Melanie Rawn and Sansa is from the Song of Fire & Ice series by George R. R. Martin.
