It’s my first baby and I am in my 11th week, I don’t know my baby’s gender yet. Question

I think I’ll pick Evan if it’s a boy and Evangeline if it’s a girl. Laughing

Evan I like. Evangeline has too many religious connotations for me, such as 'evangelist' *shudder*.

I'm with Jayday. I really like Evan but Evangeline is a little too over the top for me.

i like Evan.. it is a nice name .. as well Evangeline .. it is also nice .. it is popular in greece as Evangelia with the short form Evie... it means :"good messenger" = angles.
Evan means John .. as well could be the short form of EVANGELOS ( the masculin form of evangeline or evangelina or evangelia...

I like Evan - do not like Evangeline... It just doesn't roll off the tongue properly....

But a short nickname would be cute if you decided to go that route.: Evie, or Annie, or something...

Evan is sort of boring to me, but it is pleasant enough.

Evangeline I absolutely LOVE!!! It is one of my favorite names.
