Need honest opinion about the name Carrie Da Le Rose. Definately know we are going to name the baby Carrie but not sure about middle name. Da Le Rose is pronounced (Day La Rose). All opinions helpful. Thank you in advance.

I LOVE the name Carrie so much! I named my daughter Carrie, and the name still hasn't gotten old. I love it! But Da Le Rose, I think that is a horrible middle name, no offense. It doesn't go with Carrie, and it's too much like having three middle names. If you love "Da Le Rose" a lot, why don't you think about just Rose? It's prettier than Da Le Rose, which I think should be spelled De La Rose. Anyway, we named our daughter Carrie Noelle, and she loves her name. When her friends ask her what her middle name is, she isn't embarrased and tells them. Noelle is charming and unique. You should think about it.

I like Carrie a lot and Rose would be a nice middle name. De La Rose is a bad idea. What does it mean, anyway? Of The Rose? Your child will be greatful not to have a ridiculous middle name I'm sure.

The name Carrie is awesome. Good choice!
De La Rose is not very good, though. It sounds like a Spanish last name...or stripper-ish, and that just doesn't go with something cute and classy like Carrie.
I have come up with a few middle names that are some kind of conglomerates of David Lee and Ross Edward:
Carrie Rosalie (I LOVE the name Rosalie)
Carrie Roselani (Roselani means "Heavenly rose")
Carrie Rosalind
Carrie Rosemarie
Carrie Rosalia
Carrie Dahlia
Carrie Delilah
Carrie Daeva
Carrie Davinia
Carrie Dayle
Carrie Darcey
I think it's really hard to come up with a combo of 4 names....what are your reasons for this, quite possibly you can find another name to honor these people in a different way, rather than just by the letters from their names...maybe by meanings? Let us know and maybe we can be of better help.

I don't understand Da Le Rose. Rose is a name, but what is Da Le Rose? It looks a bit like a surname. I don't get what you're trying to do here.

Thanks for the suggestions. The names are first and middle names of father and father in law. Both recently past away and would like to name daughter after them in some way if possible. Carrie is after grandmother. If we can not come up with a way to name her after our fathers also, then we will just come up with a name that sounds good with Carrie. Thank you all for your help!!!!
