Well, A Little get-to-know each other topic.

I want to know Five fun, interesting facts about you.

Here's mine:
1. I'm a guy! - I noticed that nearly all of you on here are girls
2. I'm Gay! Surprised

3. I speak six languages! - I was trilingual before I started school, I spoke English, French (my mothers mother-tounge) and Welsh. then I studied German and Spanish through Secondary school, and learnt Japanese after I went to college, and I now work as a translator. And I want to learn Italian and Mandarin soon.
4. I can play guitar, bass, drums and keyboard! - I had a guitar for my 12th birthday, and that started my whole music appreciation, my parents hired a piano tutor, but rarely enjoyed it, until I played on a keyboard instead of a piano. I was in a band through secondary school and college, and had drum and bass lessons, although I haven't played either of them for a while.
5. I make the best bread! - Honestly, my bread is the best I have ever had, especially when It's all fluffy and just come straight out of the oven.

1. I'm South African/American
2. I've traveled to more than thirty countries
3. I've ridden on an ostrich

5. I adore photography and have made a hobby out of it

1) I studied English Language and Literature at Trinity College, Oxford and am currently writing my first novel. Not getting very far due to twin toddlers and pregnancy induced mood swings!

2) I have five sisters and two brothers and I want my children to grow up in an equally large family.

4) I have natural blonde hair and there are few who would dare call me dumb!

5) I have little time for people who lose themselves to the role of 'mother'. I am a writer, a wife and a Mummy. These roles arn't mutually exclusive as far as i'm concerned Smile

5 Facts about Me

1. I have an old person's name - Phyllis. BUT i love it and I couldn't imagine being named anything else.
2. I'm in a sorority and obbsessed with it. Phi Sigma Sigma..but I'm not a typical sorority girl and most people are surprised when they find out I am. I am also obsessed with movies, music, and baby names.
3. I love to dance, but i'm not very good at it. It doesn't stop me though, I still do it.
4. I'm Italian with a little bit of Irish and Native American. As a result of the first two, I have a huge family and extended family who I'm very close to. And as such, there is ALWAYS someone having a baby. I think the longest we've gone without a baby being born has been 3 years.
5. When I was a baby, my grandfather refused to speak anything other then Italian. As a result I started speaking Italian mixed with English. Neither one of my parents spoke Italian, so they made my grandfather stop. I can't speak it well, but I understand it perfectly. I also speak French. (and English, obviously.)

Hmm let's see...

1. Cats really scare me. Shocked

As in, the mere thought of a cat running through my legs is just...ick. I can't stand it. And whenever there's a cat around, it's pretty much guaranteed that I will start screaming -- and I'm honestly not trying to be a drama queen. It's just...argh!
2. The first language I spoke is actually Russian -- although all that's forgotten by now. You see, when I was a baby, both my parents had to work and my nanny only spoke Russian (and broken Hebrew). Right now, I speak Hebrew, Spanish, and English fluently (and without an accent!).
3. In 2005, I competed at the Maccabiah Games for gymnastics. That's like a Jewish Olympics (you can look it up in Wikipedia). At 14, I was supposedly the youngest athlete. Very Happy

I'm no longer a gymnast though.
4.My fingernails have a vicious cycle. Laughing

I grow them (and sometimes even get them done at the salon), eventually bite them off, and they end up looking so ugly that I have to clip all the white part off. Then I grow them again... Laughing

5. I'm freaking ADDICTED to Friends like you wouldn't believe. I have to watch at least one episode every day or my life is incomplete. Laughing

1. I am growing up in a very large family - 4 Sisters and 2 brothers, and I want to have lots of kids too! 5 I think.
2. I'm a twin.
3. I'm a dancer, and have 287 trophies at last count.
4. I still have 4 baby teeth.
5. I LOVE to speak French! I've been learning it for 6 years now.

im not sure any of these are very interesiting, but lets see...

1)im addicted to Sonic. i go there at least once a day (seriously!) and i only get a drink. either an ocean water, cherry limeaid, or tropical mango iced tea.

2) i have bungee jumped from 7 stories up, and did a free fall 16 stories up.into a net of course..

3)i have had 5 piercings, but i took them all out. now i dont have any, but i have 1 tattoo.

4) i started dancing when i was 4 years old, and quit when i was 16. i really miss it!

5) i had red hair and blue eyes til i was 3. now i have blonde(when its not dyed) hair and green eyes. i wonder if my daughter Leila will be the same way.

1: I am very emotional. When Alaina Alexander got voted off of American Idol, I cried.
2: I still have six baby teeth.
3: I'm addicted to Baby Names World Forum!
4: I've had eye surgery because my eyes got stuck crossed. (Now one turns out, I have to get the dang surgery again.)
5: I'm afraid that I'm going to get kidnapped.

Hmm,im not very interesting but....

1.Im raising four kids on my own but i still find the time to come on here daily Laughing

2.I was accepted into NIDA when i was younger.
3.I am addicted to role playing games.
4.I have mild Torretts syndrome.
5.I wear shoes all time(except when im sleeping) i feel naked without them on Very Happy
