My name is Cecily. I am 24 years old. I study European languages and literature at the University of Toronto. I am 1/4 British, 1/4 Irish and 1/2 German, but I live and breathe Italian culture. My future goals are as of yet undecided, but rest assured that they will be very unlikely to result in my becoming wealthy and subsequently obnoxious (OK, more obnoxious).

I am not married, I have no children, and I never will. This is not to say that I don't like children - I do, I adore them and I love spending time with other people's children, but I would be the world's most horrible mother due to my nomadic lifestyle and overall selfishness. My decision not to have children was made with full regard to the best interests of the several thousand ova which are currently squirming around inside me (or swimming, or just sitting there, or doing whatever it is that ova do.)

Needless to say, I am here simply because I love etymology, not because I have a bun in the oven which requires a name.

I also had a really weird dream last night involving Orlando Bloom and a giant strawberry jelly roll. I won't fill in the details.

Hello to everyone! My name is Kara and I am married to my wonderful Hubby David. We have three and a half childern Kayla (6) Kevin (3) Mackenzie (1) and we are expecting are new little one April 27,05. We live in CA, where I am a stay at home mommy.

Hi my name is Tori. I am only 18 years old (19 in February) and I only joined today. Hi, I'm Wendy. I came across this site just messing around and quickly became addicted! Hubby and I will be together 16yrs at the end of the month,married 13 in April. We have a 8yr old daughter concieved through IVF. We just had a failed attempt but are keeping the faith as she was a 2nd attempt as well. We have names picked out but with IVF you need to have back up just in case! (LOL) [/quote]
