Hey, Just joined... I'm acctualy here for selfish reasons. I'm 15 and I love writing. I've joined, becuase frankly the names of the character in my books suck, and i've decided that i'm going to write each character more as if it were a child, and develop it from their name on, so that my character are alove instead of just a series of identification letters.

I live in Canada, and have been writing in some form or another for as long as I know. I believe I am one of maybe 1000 in my whole country who would rather read a book than watch pictures move across a screen (books, play movies in my head, so i don't need TV Laughing

)

I didn't even know these name sites existed until a few years back when I decided to see what my name means.

Ironicly enough, I am not christian, and while I am wiccan now, at the time of discovery of what my name ment i was an Athiest. Now how funny is that!?

So here I am, on a site that, upon first glance is home to many mothers, grandmother, and mothers to be.

I don't know what else to say, other than the idea to get these names from a site came to me, when I was at a book reading, where my fav, author Tamora Pierce, said that she came up with names from New Age baby books, but that you should never let people know you're reading baby name books, because they always get the wrong idea. Considering I am in highschool and that my mother is a guidance concillor, I figured it would not be best to buy a babyname book, so VOILA! here I am, and after all that, I would like to say Hi
