The name Azaria [ah-zar-ree-ah] ?
It is a Biblical name, meaning helped by God. The name was used on a male in the Bible {Azariah}, but it looks more feminine to me and I prefer it on a girl. So WDYT?

I really do like it. My one caution about it is that it was the name of a baby who was allegedly eaten by dingoes in Australia in the 80s. Weird, I know, but there's a very strong connection there, from what I understand.

ETA: I also like that you've taken the H off the end. I think Azariah looks quite masculine, but Azaria could go feminine quite easily.

Really? That's terrible. I've never heard of that story. I have also never heard of a little girl with this name also, another reason why I like it so much.

Here, I found the whole story:

I know, it's such an unusual name! But I think that's why a lot of people automatically think of the dingo girl - they've never heard the name anywhere else.

It isn't pronounced ah-zar-ree-ah, its pronouned az-a-RYE-a, az just like the word "as", not ah like Oz. Rye as in rye bread, rhymes with die.

Yea I know, that is how Azariah is supposed to be pronounced. But I don't like that pronounciation, and found that Azaria was a variant of the name.

I remember that. They have even brought it up in tv shows here in the states. There is a Seinfeld episode where Elaine makes a comment(which is quite inappropriate). It would be like naming your DD Jon Benet.

I spotted in the local paper (in Australia) last week that a baby had been named Azaria and my only reaction was horror. The name is completely unusable here.

The story was filmed, starring Meryl Streep. It was called "Evil Angels" here, but I believe it had another name for its USA release.
