what do you think of Vincent and Victor for twin boys, they aren't overused and not many names begin with the letter V?

No, few names begin with V, so picking two for twins makes it obvious that you are trying to 'match' the names. It annoys me - twins are two separate people and deserve names which reflect that fact.

I happen to be a fan of both names. Vince is a good nickname for Vincent. When I hear these names I think of handsome, buff Italian boys. If your boys are likely to be blond haired it just wouldn't have the same impact for me.
